Abstract
In an GEO ground application system for satellite navigation, there are some hidden trouble for cold spares because of not accessing the system usually. So a power-off test environment is proposed with some of the cold parts integrated. A simulation test system is designed, which can simulate the real online system, and do some off-line testing and management. Experimental results show that the new design can improve the reliability of the satellite application system.
