Abstract
In consideration of the large propagation delay in underwater acoustic communication and the limited energy of underwater acoustic sensor networks (UASNs), proposed a positioning method based on support vector regression (SVR). In UASNs, the multipath between nodes will lead to inaccurate measurement results, to solve this problem, proposed a data processing method and then used maximum likelihood estimation to estimate the true distance between nodes. Simulation results shows that the method proposed in this paper can achieve a good positioning accuracy.
