Abstract
A kind of simple practical adaptive quantitative detection taper cone measuring devices is developed in this paper, which can resolve the qualitative measurement which cannot obtain concrete error problem, and avoid to use the measurement of data to calculate in the original quantitative detection method, operates inconveniently, detection device expensive, and not suitable to use in the production site. The measuring device through the relative sliding automatically of main and vice foot adapts to the change of cone diameter, and the change of the cone taper can be obtained by measuring claw around hinge rotation, which is can be measured directly on the machine(measurement accuracy is 0.02 mm, and measuring scope is 00≤2α≤1500), which effectively solved the problems of quantitative detection of the cone taper in production site.
