Abstract

By means of systematic analysis and the PDCA-based standard system evolution model, and based on the development of green development and carbon emission reduction standards in China, a technology collaboration standard system that covers multiple dimensions of process, path, collaboration and objective is presented in this paper. The standard system consists of 4 sub-systems in 15 professional fields, the establishment of which provides a theological reference for the formulation of common methods and management and service standards in connection with green and low carbon and carbon reduction collaboration technology. The combing through and empirical study of standards give a clear picture of the technical advantages and disadvantages of the standardization of green and low carbon technology collaboration and corresponding needs in China, and suggest that there is an urgent need for a complete set of technical standards for green and low carbon technology collaboration. The research results of this paper will solidify the technical path for the standard system of green and low carbon technology collaboration and promote the interactive development of standardization and technology innovation in key fields in the context of “Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”.
