Abstract

To analyse domains of organisation means to investigate such domains by various means. In this chapter we consider a number of means of investigation, including interviews, focus groups, workshops, observation, participation and analysis of existing data structures. We also discuss the importance of visualisation, triangulation and prototy** to effective analysis and design.
