Abstract
These days Absenteeism has posed a major problem in Organizations as well as Institutions. Absenteeism affects wages of Employees in organizations, and also affects academics of a Student. Therefore, it is crucial for employees in Organizations and students in Institutions to identify such information on timely basis. In the proposed system, the attendance management has been implemented in real time and monitored using Google Assistant. The attendance was logged using RFID card. As soon as the individual scans the RFID, the Google Assistant, was allowed to access the database and trained to calculate the average attendance. Upon successful calculation, the assistant then responds with Average attendance when asked by the user. With the diverse services of IBM Watson and Google, the system was able to produce accurate results. Portability and Accessibility are the major advantages that have been observed so far. This system can not only be useful for be useful in Educational institutions but also at the same time it can be useful for Payroll Predictions in organizations, on the basis of attendance.
