Abstrait

Les tumeurs annexielles malignes ne représentent qu’environ 1% des cancers cutanés. On les classe en carcinomes eccrines, apocrines, folliculaires et sébacés. Leur diagnostic est d’abord anatomopathologique, mais il existe des types anatomocliniques reconnaissables cliniquement. L’individualisation des divers carcinomes annexiels est relativement récente et des variantes nouvelles sont régulièrement discutées. Certains de ces carcinomes sont manifestement d’origine annexielle, mais leur classification précise est parfois impossible en raison de différenciations histologiques complexes ou multiples.
