Abstract
The exploitation of nonaqueous solvents for the analytical titration of organic bases and protonic acids has been intense in the last decade. Innumerable papers attest to the widespread interest in this field; the last review in “Analytical Chemistry” (April, 1960) listed some 223 entries for the 1958–60 period.
