Abstract
Over the last several years we have examined host cellular responses to tumor development at the systemic as well as local level in a number of host-tumor systems. Part of these studies was designed to characterize the mononuclear cells — lymphocytes in particular, that migrate into several tumors — Ehrlich ascites tumor grown intraperitoneally in CF1 or CBA mice, and TA-3 (st) mammary tumor grown subcutaneously in A strain mice.
