Abstract
Testicular germ cell tumours can be divided into seminomas and non-seminomas. Seminomas are radiosensitive and approximately 90% can be cured with radiotherapy since, in the majority of cases, the disease is limited to the testis with or without small metastases in the retroperitoneal lymph nodes.
