About the editors
Li Yining is the founding and honorary dean of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He graduated from the Department of Economics of Peking University in 1955. He has served as the head of the Department of Economics and Management and dean of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.
Professor Li Yining has written many books and published a large number of articles in the area of economic theory. He is one of the first scholars in China to put forward the theory of joint-stock reform, the unbalanced theory of China's economic development and the formulation of "double transformation" . In addition, he presided over the drafting of the Securities Law and the Securities Investment Fund Law. All these have had a profound impact on the reform and development of China's economy. In 2018, Professor Li Yining was named as the 100 pioneers of the Reform and opening up.
Dr. Cheng Zhiqiang is an economist anda professor of Peking University. His main research areas include: macroeconomics, energy strategy, business management, etc. He has published a number of monographs such as Resolving the "Poverty of Prosperity"--Coal Resource Utilization and Development of Underdeveloped Areas, Resource Prosperity and Development Dilemma, Research on Agricultural Industrialization and Land System Innovation, State-Owned Enterprise Reform and Mixed-Ownership Economic Development, etc.
Zhao Qiuyunholds a PhD in Economics from Peking University. and. He is currently a research fellow and the director of Domestic Development Cooperation Department of Institute of New Structural Economics, Peking University. He has published more than 20 papers in core academic journals. He won more than 30 awards, including the Tan Chongtai development economics scholarship, Shanghai Young Economist Forum second prize ,etc.
