Abstract
The country project risk of an innovative strategic project is a useful concept. The influence of this risk on the strategic safety of high-tech production is established. Factors determining the country project risk are identified. A technology is developed for analysis of the country project risk in the case of innovative aviation projects. A model is proposed for assessing the strategic security of the technological component in aircraft design, taking account of the country project risk. An example of country project risk at Russian strategic enterprises is presented, for the aviation industry. Tools for reducing country project risk are noted.
