Abstract

IN a note regarding my theory of variable stars, published in NATURE of October 11, p. 550, it is suggested that some difficulties would probably arise on t;he ground of the Michelson-Morley experiment. As the point is a very important one, I should be glad if space can be given me to make it clear.
