Abstract
De Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa) wil tweeënhalf procent van het budget dat beschikbaar is voor de honoraria van vrijgevestigde medisch specialisten in 2012 reserveren voor snelgroeiende zorgaanbieders en nieuwkomers op de zorgmarkt. Hierbij hanteert de NZa het principe: wie het eerst komt, het eerst maalt.
