Résumé
L’exérèse transanale par microchirurgie endoscopique permet le traitement des lésions bénignes du moyen et du haut rectum, comme alternative à la proctectomie. Cette technique, peu développée en France, semble donner moins de récidive locale que les autres techniques d’exérèse transanale plus traditionnelles.
Abstract
Transanal resection by transendoscopic microsurgery is indicated for the treatment of benign tumours in the midrectum and upper rectum, as an alternative to proctectomy. With this technique, which is rare in France, the rate of local recurrence appears lower than after standard transanal excision.
