Development of a Broadband Seismic Receiver Based on GS-ONE LF Geophone

A schematic diagram of a seismic receiver based on a GS-ONE LF geophone is proposed and implemented. An electronic circuit for summing seismic signals from geophones is developed, allowing the signal-to-noise ratio to be increased. Hardware correction is implemented to extend the geophone frequency range and sensitivity. The developed seismometer can be used when monitoring hydraulic fracturing operations as part of small-aperture seismic groups.
