This article was originally published with errors in the "Introduction" and "Silica skeletons" sections and in Figs. 3 and 4 captions. See below.
1. In the first paragraph of the Introduction, line 9, it reads: "1951), whereas" when it should be "1951). Whereas"
2. In the caption of Fig. 3, where the elements c and f have been interchanged. As such, where it says "c grain of Eleusine coracana from Square D1, Locus 6, Pail 8, Serial #0734" should be "c Lens culinaris seed from Square D2, Locus 14, Pail 28, Serial #1337". Similarly, the element "f Lens culinaris seed from Square D2, Locus 14, Pail 28, Serial #1337", should be "f grain of Eleusine coracana from Square D1, Locus 6, Pail 8, Serial #0734".
3. In the caption of Fig. 4, element d: "elongate sinuate" appears in versalitas font, but "wavy" should be in versalitas too. This same error appears on the "Silica skeletons" section, parragraph 2, lines 17 and 32.
