Résumé
Cette étude préliminaire a pour but d'apprécier l'apport de la pHmétrie perendoscopique comme examen de routine dans le cadre de la pathologie œsogastro-duodénale. Utilisée au cours de toute endoscopie haute, elle permet de détecter en particulier les hyper ou hypo-acidités gastriques totales ou focalisées. La pHmétrie permet en outre une surveillance de l'estomac soumis à diverses thérapeutiques médicales ou chirurgicales. Une dizaine de patients ont été soumis tour à tour à une pHmétrie perendoscopique et à un tubage gastrique à la pentagastrine afin d'apprécier les corrélations entre ces deux méthodes.
