Abstract

Centennial Russet is a late maturing, high quality fresh market potato variety adapted to certain irrigated areas of the West. Tubers are oblong, smooth, shallow-eyed, and have a thick russetted skin. Baking and boiling quality is excellent.

Centennial Russet es una variedad de papa de alta calidad para el consumo de mesa. Esta adaptada a ciertas areas irrigadas del oeste. Los tubérculos son oblongos, lisos, de ojos superficiales y tienen una piel gruesa y aspera. Su calidad sea al homo o cocida es excelente.
