The expression of Quox-1 gene in the embryo development ofAndrias davianus

  • Published:
Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences

Abstract

Two set ofAndrias davidanus fertilized eggs and its seedlings were got by means of artificial reproduction. The sections of the embryo ofAndrias davidianus were made by histological method. The expression of homologous sequences of Quox-1 gene has been studied by immunohistochemical method with special antibody. Results show that the expression of homologous sequences of Quox-1 gene was detected in the epidermis of blastula and gastula. The highly expression was investigated in the epidermis at the neural tube phrase and the tail bud stage.
