209. Das intraabdominelle Leiomyosarkom

Summary

Five intra-abdominal leiomyosarcomas are described which appeared as tumours palpable from the outside. The normal X-ray examinations were negative; one patient was given a coeliac arteriogram. Only one tumour was radically operable; it was also identified as the only one to originate in the muscularis propria of the ileum wall. Survival time cannot be concluded from the number of mitoses. A cytostatic or radiological therapy is ineffective.

Bericht über 5 intraabdominelle Leiomyosarkome, die als von außen tastbare Tumore imponierten. Die gängigen röntgenologischen Untersuchungsverfahren waren negativ; ein Patient wurde coeliacographiert. Nur ein Tumor war makroskopisch radikal operabel, er konnte auch als einziger von der Muscularis propria der Ileumwand ausgehend identifiziert werden. Aus der Mitosenzahl allein kann nicht auf die Überlebenszeit geschlossen werden. Eine cytostatische oder radiologische Therapie ist nutzlos.
