Summary
At electrocochleography, the active-electrode was placed on the earlobe, the mastoid, the nasopharynx, the hard palate and the external ear-canal respectively. It could be shown, that the potential pattern, consisting of five components during the first 8 msec after the click—onset could be obtained from all the above mentioned site. We report relative differencies in the behaviour of the potential amplitudes and latencies at these sites.
