Summary
Two unusual cases of dysplasia epiphysealis hemimelica are described. In the first case a recurrence after a removal of the calcified mass was observed, in the second a spontaneous regression of the X-ray and clinical symptoms.

Verfasser berichten über 2 besondere Fälle der Dysplasia epiphysealis hemimelica. Im ersten Falle handelt es sich um ein Rezidiv nach einer unvollständigen Entfernung des verkalkten Gebildes, im zweiten um eine Verkleinerung der neugebildeten Kalkmasse.
