Immunologische Aspekte syngenesioplastischer Knochentransplantation bei der Behandlung kindlicher Knochentumoren

Summary

Bone transplantations are made often in the treatment of benign bone tumours or tumour like affections. Especially at the appropriate infantile illness the use of an autologous transplant may prove impossible.

Homologous and heterologous osseous transplants are largely unsuitable, because of the induction of immunological reactions. So called syngenesioplastic transplants let expect a tolerance of the recipient organism. This is a report of the results of clinical, radiological and especially immunological follow-up-examinations of 11 patients treated from August 1974 to October 1976 with syngenesioplastic spongiosa transplantation.

Zusammenfassung

Bei der Behandlung gutartiger Knochentumoren und tumorähnlichen Affektionen werden häufig Kochentransplantationen durchgeführt. Insbesondere bei den entsprechenden kindlichen Erkrankungen kann sich die Verwendung eines autologen Transplantates als unmöglich erweisen.

Homologe und heterologe knöcherne Nativtransplantate sind wegen der Induktion immunologischer Reaktionen weitgehend ungeeignet. Sogenannte syngenesioplastische Transplantate lassen eher eine Toleranz des Empfänger-organismus erwarten. Über die eigenen Ergebnisse klinischer, radiologischer und insbesondere immunologischer Nachuntersuchungen von 11 im Zeitraum von August 1974 bis Oktober 1976 durch syngenesioplastischer Spongiosatransplantation behandelter Patienten wird berichtet.
